- SHIPPING COSTS - 

$4.95 for orders up to $89.99.  FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $90 so load up.

- When will my order ship? -

Orders ship U.S. Postal Service First-Class or Priority Mail.  Due to the nature of the custom product, product takes 2 to 3 days (average) and ships out of Charlotte, NC thus arriving around 7 days depending on the weekend.  

- Can you expedite my order? - 

We cannot expedite orders unfortunately. Thanks for your patience, we’re a small business doing our best to take care of customers and growing the business.  If you are worried about a timeline, always fall on the safe side as we are not able to offer returns as the following explains - 

- EXCHANGES/RETURNS - 

Due to making this item custom for you, exchanges/returns are not possibly unless there is a material defect in the product.  Please check over the size chart to ensure you receive a product that fits.  If there is a material defect with the product please email Info@theHeritageLine.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the problem.  

- My email receipt lists the wrong shipping address for my order, how to I change that? - 

ASAP - email 1. your name and 2. the correct address to Info@theHeritageLine.com

- Where is my tracking number? -

Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon our packing of the order. 

- I haven't received my package yet, what should i do? - 

Check the tracking info on the link you received via email upon purchasing, the most common problem is the Post Office holding a package and problems are often fixed that way so please check with your local post office.

- How do your products fit? -

- Can I change my order after it has been placed? - 

Unfortunately we cannot change any order after it has been submitted.  In addition, we can't add items to orders after they have been placed. 

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? - 

 The only international shipping is to APO addresses - Simply scroll to the bottom of the "States" list and find the "Armed Forces" option.

- Do you take suggestions of ideas for new ideas? - 

Yes, just email us and if enough people also send the same idea...we'll do our best to get it moving

- Can you make me a custom product for my organization/fraternity/company? - 

Unfortunately we cannot - unless you'd like to buy over 1,000, if so then email us!

 - Retail store interested in carrying the brand? -
